We have a handful of tools that we use constantly. Among these is Git. Although we normally deploy sites on Linux servers, we recently set up a Git server on a Windows machine.

Google Labs Swiffy
Google released a fledgling version of a tool to convert SWF files to HTML5, opening the possibility of retaining display of Flash animations on non-Flash devices (iPhone, iPad presumably). It didn't work for even moderately complex animations, but it's still impressive conceptually.
